Our Sales Team

Our sales team is lead by Lynn Bruns, the Sales Manager for J. Kirby Development, LLC.

Lynn Bruns started her real estate career with a small brokerage firm in Pennsylvania. After working with clients who wanted a new home she met a local builder and began marketing and selling his homes. After several years Lynn focused her career on New Homes Sales.

She has worked with a number of Maryland builders and has experience selling condos, townhouses, singe family homes and custom homes. She has a destination as a CSP /Certified Sales Professional. She also has completed course work for her MIRM designation through the National Association of Homebuilders. Lynn has been associated with Home Builders Association of Maryland and a member of the Sales and Marketing Counsel. She is a licensed Realtor and a member of the Maryland Association of Realtors.

While working as a Regional Sales Manager for Bozzuto Homes she was responsible for managing several communities in Montgomery County which included hiring, training support staff as well as negotiating contracts, selections and finance.

She has been a consistent top producer and has been "Salesman of the Year" for PCS Homes.
Lynn has a through knowledge of the New Homes Industry and been recognized by the MAX program for excellence in sales and marketing.

Ms. Bruns has over 20 years of experience working with buyers who choose to build their new home. She understands the excitement and the challenge of creating your "dream home". You will feel confident that she will educate you on the process and "what to expect" during the construction of your home. She will participate along with you in every aspect of the home building process from selections, finance, contracts, custom requests, pre-settlement walks and final settlement.
