Jeffrey C. Kirby has been involved in the development of numerous senior communities for over 20 years and has developed over 1,000 homes for senior living, predominantly in Baltimore,Montgomery, and Prince George’s County. In 2001, Mr.Kirby founded his own company,J. KirbyDevelopment, LLC, a real estate development firm specializing in the development of senior and affordable homes.

For his projects, Mr. Kirby hand-selects the most talented design teams, real estate professionals, and builders so that the end result is the highest quality product possible. Soon after the conception of a project, Mr. Kirby and his design team meet with the local governmental agencies and members of the community to present the concept and to begin a dialogue in an effort to involve all parties early in the process. That ensures that the completed project is a design of which everyone will be proud.
